Sweet Broiled Salmon

Ingredients

2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon rice or cider vinegar
4 salmon filets, skin removed
toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

Heat the oven to broil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ginger, and vinegar.
Place the salmon filets in a ziplock bag and pour in the sauce. Marinade for 15 minutes.
Place the salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 7-9 minutes.
Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and serve.
