Sunny Side Up Veggie Burger

Ingredients

1 plant-based burger patty (recipe ideas below)
1 teaspoon butter or oil
1 large egg
1 hamburger bun

Instructions

Cook burger patty according to package directions, or start with one of the recipes linked below.
Heat a small saute pan over medium heat, add butter or oil and crack the egg into the pan. Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes or until the yolk is golden and the egg white is cooked through.
Place the burger on the bottom bun, top with the egg and remaining bun.
