Ingredients

1 cup milk (rice, almond, soy, or cow's)
1 banana
1 cup strawberries
1/3 cup yogurt
3 tablespoons sunflower butter (you can also use almond or peanut butter)
ice

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender in order given.
Puree until smooth.
