Pink Blender Nice Cream

If I ask the kids what they want as a special treat after dinner (or even for brekkie) this is our go-to. It’s crazy healthy and super easy to make.

Ingredients

1 large frozen sliced banana
1 cup frozen dragon fruit
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
2 scoops collagen powder
1/4 cup milk of choice

Instructions

Placer all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend using the plunger wand just until smooth, thick and creamy.
You can freeze it for 2 hours to help it thicken even more, if desired.
