Ingredients

1 pound broccoli florets
1 pound cauliflower florets
4 cups baby or chopped carrots
1 butternut squash, peeled and chopped
4 corn cobs, chopped into 2-inch wheels
2 zucchini, chopped

Instructions

Fill a pot with 1-2 inches of water, and place a steamer basket in the pot.
Bring the water to a boil, add the veggies of choice, and cover the pot.
Steam the veggies until fork tender, about 5-7 minutes for most bite-sized veggies.

Notes

Nutrition is for 1 cup of broccoli.
