Ingredients

12 ounces frozen mixed berries
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk of choice

Optional ingredient Additions:

raw walnuts
chia seeds
hemp seeds
bee pollen
cocoa nibs

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Add more milk and blend until desired consistency is reached.
