Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 cup BBQ sauce (recipe below!)

Instructions

Place the chicken in a crock pot and pour in the bbq sauce to coat well.
Cook on low for 2 1/2 hours.
Save the juice from the bottom of the pot to make Shredded BBQ Chicken Sammies.
