Ingredients

8 corn cobs
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325F.
Cut the corn kernels off the cobs and place in a blender.
Add the sugar, flour, milk, eggs, nutmeg and salt on top of the corn in the blender, and puree for 10 seconds, just to get everything combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish, and drizzle the melted butter on top.
Bake for 60-75 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
