Ingredients

6 anchovy filets
1 garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 large egg yolks
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse until smooth.
