Chai Beauty Greens Smoothie

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups (45 g) fresh spinach
1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and sliced (optional)
1 serving vanilla protein powder
1 serving collagen peptides
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon chai spice (or 1/8 tsp of cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, and cloves to make your own blend)
1 cup (240 ml) almond milk or milk of choice
1 handful ice

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
