My favorite smoothie is oranges, chia seeds, pineapple, peaches, mango and kale or spinach. Sometimes I put in a little greek yogurt or protein powder, but not always. The yellow fruits with the greens makes it such a beautiful color and I feel so well nourished after drinking it.
My staple blender recipe is Kefir or yogurt, spinach and strawberries. Sometimes I even add an orange. Yummy breakfast to go.
