This time of year nothing is more refreshing than a popsicle, especially when it’s one of these naturally sweet Strawberry Yogurt Ice Pops. These little frozen treats have been stocked in our freezer all summer long. I love making them for the kids because I know they’re getting a healthy treat that’s not packed full of added sugar. Plus they love them so it’s a win-win!

I made these using paper cups and some popsicle sticks for ease, but you can absolutely use any of your popsicle molds if you have them. I feel like our freezer is full of different homemade popsicle variations because they’re so easy to make and so much healthier than store bought ones. Right now we’ve got Strawberry PopsiclesCoconut Fruit Popsicles and Melon Popsicles in our freezer and they’re going fast!

Every week at the farmers market I buy tons and tons of berries. Usually they get gobbled up in a few days, but every so often I find myself with some strawberries that are about to have seen better days. This recipe is a great way to use up the strawberries that are on the verge of going bad. Pop them into these popsicles and enjoy them in the coming weeks! If you’re looking for more recipes to use your strawberries in, try out Strawberry MuffinsStrawberry Peach Smoothie or Strawberry Fruit Leather.

  1. What a wonderful cause!! And yes the Strawberry Yogurt Ice Pops look delish too!

  2. These look perfect. I will make for my children but I, sure I will eat them first!

  3. These look wonderful! I plan to make them this week for my grands… Well, maybe one or two for myself!

  4. I made these, and we all loved them, except that they turned out rather grainy – was this because we used all natural (no gelatin or pectin) greek yogurt? The yogurt itself isn’t grainy, out of the tub… but we’ll make these again, regardless, they were that good.
We used the fleeting teeny tiny local berries, and now we can enjoy them for as long as our popscicles last. They’re only in stores for a week or two each summer. Thanks!

  5. I made these yesterday with my boys and we drank them as strawberry milkshakes (minus the junk filled ice cream). They were delicious! As always, thanks for sharing!

  6. Nice giveaway, I’ve been wanting a Kitchenaid for so long! Thank you!

  7. The possibility of winning a beloved kitchen aid mixer is amazing, but the true meaning behind the contest is what’s most important. Breast cancer hits close to home for my family and I can only hope that the more light we shed on this subject the more we can keep the special women in our lives around.
Thanks for all you do! Looking forward to making these with my kids win or lose! 🙂

  8. I’d love to win and host a party in celebration and in memory of all my friends and family who have had their lives impacted by breast cancer.

  9. Those look so delicious and PERFECT for this July summer heat! Thank you so much for sharing.
