Christmas Week! I hope youโre all enjoying some time with your loved ones. Hereโs what weโre making this week.
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies per usual for breakfast. This week weโre doingย Crazy Healthy Smoothie,ย Cherry Vanilla Smoothie,ย Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothieย andย Carrot Orange Ginger Smoothie. For Christmas Day breakfast we always make Pumpkin Waffles!

SNACKS:
Snacks this week areย Apple Pie Muffins,ย Good Morning Protein Cookies,ย Banana Berry Breadย andย Red Beet and White Bean Hummusย with crackers and veggies.

LUNCH:
For lunch I want things that I can make ahead and not have to think about. So weโre makingย Chia Seed Pudding,ย Slow Cooker Chicken Burrito Bowls, Vegetarian Sandwichesย andย Egg Salad Sandwiches.

Monday: Baked Zitiย with a big farmers market salad and some crispyย Garlic Bread.

Tuesday:ย One Pot Spiced Chicken with Toasted Couscous for a quick and easy one pot meal before the Christmas rush really sets in.

Wednesday: Simple Christmas Eve dinner is going to beย Turkey Veggie Chiliย withย Basic Cornbreadย and makingย Sugar Cookie Treesย for dessert!

Thursday (Christmas Day):ย Weโre going all out for Christmas dinner withย Pineapple Brown Sugar Glazed Ham,ย Classic Macaroni and Cheese,ย Mascarpone Mashed Potatoesย andย Green Bean and Bacon Sauteย and the easiest dessert youโll ever make โย Icebox Log Cake (weโre going to try it with Tateโs chocolate chip cookies!). There are tons of Christmas recipes at this link for you to choose from too!ย


Friday:ย The Best Turkey Burgers withย Air Fryer French Friesย and most likely some air fryer roasted veggies for some added nutrition.

Saturday: Order in from a local restaurant.
