Weโve got lots of cooking coming up for the holidays, and Iโm sure lots of last minute shopping too. Hopefully a meal plan will take some of the pressure off of you. Hereโs what weโre making!
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies are going to beย Green Breakfast Smoothie,ย Cotton Candy Smoothie,ย Blueberry Chia Smoothieย andย Crazy Healthy Smoothie. Plus an absolutely delicious Breakfast Strata for weekend brunch.

SNACKS:
Making someย Fruitcake Bars,ย Pumpkin Spice Mixed Nuts and Seeds,ย Berry Delicious Oatmealย andย Chocolate Orange Snapsย to snack on this week.ย

LUNCH:
In the spirit of Christmas around the corner, Iโm makingย Reindeer Sandwichesย and Christmas Bagel Wreathsย withย Santa Hats for lunch. Also going to whip up some Cheese Grits!

DINNER:
Sunday:ย Simple Lemon Shrimp Pastaย for Sunday supper. Plus a big farmers market salad and any leftovers from last weekโs farmers market haul.

Monday:ย Crock Pot Lentil Veggie Stew with a side of Basic Cornbread for a simple, meatless Monday meal that practically cooks itself!

Wednesday:ย Maple Soy Salmon with Perfect Brown Rice and Air Fryer Veggies.

Thursday:ย Middle Eastern Chicken Burgers with super crispy Air Fryer French Fries. These burgers are the best!

Friday: Air Fryer Steaks with Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts and Buttermilk Bacon Whipped Potatoes.

Saturday: Order in from a local restaurant.
