Itโs November?! Canโt believe the holiday season is right around the corner. Are you thinking about your Thanksgiving Menu yet? Iโll be sharing tons for you in the coming weeks, but in the meantime, hereโs this weekโs meal plan!
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies this week are going to beย Crazy Healthy Smoothie,ย Tastes-Like-Ice-Cream Kale Smoothie,ย Green Breakfast Smoothieย andย Cotton Candy Smoothie. For brunch over the weekend weโre makingย Waffle French Toast!

SNACKS:
Snack time this week will haveย Breakfast Cookies,ย Pumpkin Apple Muffins,ย Persimmon Fruit Leatherย andย Avocado Hummus.

LUNCH:
Weโve gotย Leftover Rice Pudding,ย Noodle Pancakes,ย Chicken Noodle Soupย andย Egg Salad Sandwich.

DINNER:
Sunday:ย Caramelized Shallot Pasta with Gruyere for Sunday supper. This is a newer recipe Iโve started making, and the whole family is loving it.

Monday:ย Vegetarian Tagineย for an easy and delicious meatless Monday meal!

Tuesday: Pretzel Fried Chicken with Cast Iron Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate and Garlic & brown rice. Crispy and delicious!

Wednesday:ย Mexican Enchiladas with Pressure Cooker Black Beans and some Guacamole.

Thursday:ย Sheet Pan Sausage with Cabbage and Applesย with a side ofย Crispy Smashed Potatoes.

Friday: Planning for a delicious and easy Slow Cooker Chicken Chili with Basic Cornbread to kick off the weekend.

Saturday:ย Order in from local restaurant!
