Hope you all are have a fun and spooky Halloween week! Hereโs my familyโs meal plan for the week. Hope itโs helpful to you and yours!
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies once again for breakfast. This week weโre makingย Immune Boosting Very Berry Smoothie,ย Vanilla Cinnamon Date Shake,ย Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothieย andย Cherry Vanilla Smoothie. For weekend brunch weโve got aย Sheet Pan Pancakeย that everyone will love!

SNACKS:
Snacks for the week are going to beย Cookie Dough Bites,ย Peanut Butter and Jelly Pop Tarts,ย Cucumber Stackers, and Oatmeal On-The-Go Bars.

LUNCH:
On the lunch menu this week, weโve gotย Nut Free Granolaย with greek yogurt and fresh fruit, plusย Cauliflower Crusted Grilled Cheese,ย Shakshukaย andย Vegetarian Spring Rolls.

DINNER:
Sunday:ย Stir-Fried Chicken in Lettuce Cupsย with a side ofย Brown Rice Cakesย or you could do a simple steamed White Rice for the side.

Monday: Turkey Bolognese with a big Apple, Pear and Goat Cheese Fall Salad on the side.


Tuesday:ย One Pot Spiced Chicken with Toasted Couscous for Tuesday. This meal is really easy to make, and the cleanup is even easier!

Wednesday: Making tacos with Slow Cooker Mexican Pulled Pork and toppings like lettuce, Pico de Gallo and Guacamole.

Thursday:ย Turkey Burgers with all the toppings and Fries for a simple Friday family burger night.

Friday (Halloween):ย There are tons of ideas in theย Halloweenย category on the site, but some of my favorites are right here:ย Spooky Halloween Recipes Kids Love! This super cuteย Halloween Taco Dipย with Baked Halloween Tortilla Chips and Jack-oโ-Lantern Quesadillas are at the top of my list to make! What about you?ย



Saturday:ย Order in from local restaurant!
