Halfway through October?! What! Canโt believe it. Got lots of good fall recipes that will warm you right up on this weekโs meal plan. What are you excited to make?
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies get our day started on the right foot. This week weโre makingย Cotton Candy Smoothie,ย Carrot Orange Ginger Smoothie,ย Matcha Vanilla Date Smoothieย andย Tastes-Like-Ice-Cream Kale Smoothie. For weekend brunch weโve gotย Pumpkin Waffles.

SNACKS:
Snacks on the menu this week areย Air Fryer Crispy Chickpeas,ย Mini Sweet Potato Muffins,ย Chocolate Chip Granola Barsย andย Fruit and Oat Crumble Bars.

LUNCH:
For lunch this week weโve gotย Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal in the Crock Pot,ย Egg Pesto Melt,ย Veggie Tortilla Rollupsย andย Sandwich-on-a-Stick.

DINNER:
Sunday: Spiced Chicken with Olives and Lemon and a bigย Easy Breezy Roast Veggie Saladย withย Crispy Smashed Potatoes.

Monday:ย Warm and heartyย Broccoli Cheese Soupย for meatless Monday. Weโre pairing it was a classic โย Brown Rice Cakesย and some extraย Air Fryer Veggies.

Tuesday:ย Beef & Broccoli Stir Fryย with Brown Rice. This meal is super easy to make and absolutely delicious!

Wednesday:ย Letting this Slow Cooker Chicken Chili practically cook itself for a midweek meal and serving it with Basic Cornbread.

Thursday:ย Crispy Chicken Nuggetsย with Broccoli and Sweet Potato Fries. Super easy, and healthier than fast food!

Friday:ย Salmon Burgersย with all the toppings andย Air Fryer French Fries on the side. Plus aย Apple Almond Cakeย for dessert (and to snack on throughout the weekend!)

Saturday:ย Order in from local restaurant!
