BREAKFAST:ย
You know the drill for breakfast. Smoothies, smoothies and more smoothies! This week weโre making theseย Vanilla Cinnamon Date Shakes, Muscle Builder Smoothies (gotta get big and strong!), Glow Smoothies (both from the Smoothie Project cookbook)ย and for those of you with aversions to bananas, youโve got to make thisย Everything But Banana Smoothie! Weโre also making thisย Breakfast Rice Bakeย for brunch over the weekend.

SNACKS:
Iโm so excited to makeย Pumpkin Apple Muffinsย this week. Weโre also making theseย Air Fried Artichoke Hearts with Creamy Garlic Dip,ย Roast Honey Cinnamon Chick Peasย for a healthy sweet treat, and seaweed snack +ย Red Beet and White Bean Hummusย with Raw Veggies.

LUNCH:
Weโre doingย this filling and good-for-youย Super Healthy Granolaย with Greek yogurt for lunch this week. Also these adorableย Monogram Sandwichesย (which letter would yours be?) and per usualย Avocado Toastย with all the toppings!ย

DINNER:
Sunday:ย Theseย Salmon Burgersย are super flavorful and will rock your world! Pairing these with someย Crispy Baked Onion Rings and a big salad with Everyday Lemon Vinaigrette.

Monday:ย Crock Pot Vegetarian Chiliย with Basic Cornbread. Plus someย Chocolate Banana Nice Creamย for dessert!

Wednesday:ย Chicken Meatballs with Mini Wheel Pasta and Crispy Broccoli. This is one of our favorite pastas to make!

Thursday:ย Perfect Roast Chicken with Air Fryer Baby Potatoes and Roast Acorn Squash.

Friday: Pizza night! This week weโre going withย Pita Pizzas and everyone gets to make their own! Weโre also making a big Winter Citrus Salad to go along with them.

Saturday: Support a local restaurant!
