I always love when new produce starts showing up for whateverย season is arriving so there are lots of fall inspired recipes in this weekโs meal plan! What are you looking forward to making most?ย
BREAKFAST:
Of course, starting our days off with smoothies per usual. This week weโre makingย Blueberry Chia Smoothie,ย Crazy Healthy Smoothie,ย Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie, andย Super Green Tropical Smoothie. Then weโve gotย Pumpkin Wafflesย ready to go for the weekend!

SNACKS:
So pumped to make theseย Flourless Pumpkin Chocolate Muffinsย again! Weโve also gotย Frozen Bananas on a Stick,ย Carrot Snack Sticksย andย Green Treatsย on the plan.ย

LUNCH:
For lunch weโve gotย Turkey Pickle Roll Upsย (you can use ham too!),ย Mexican Egg & Cheese Quesadilla,ย Cucumber Stackers, andย Grilled Pizza Roll Ups.ย

DINNER:
Sunday:ย Perfect Roast Chicken (Iโm going to make two and have leftovers for pasta later in the week!) paired with Twice Baked Potatoes and Cast Iron Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate and Garlic.

Monday:ย Vegetarian Chimichangasย topped withย Guacamole, Salsa and Sour Cream. These are so yummy. I canโt wait to make them!ย

Tuesday: White Bean, Shiitake and Vegetable Bowl. We LOVE this meal and itโs super healthy.

Wednesday:ย Chicken Mozzarella Pastaย with a big farmers market salad. This recipe is one of the easiest ones youโll ever make!ย

Thursday:ย Turkey Burgers with all the toppingsย and Fries for a quick and easy Thursday night meal.
