Another week, another meal plan! The kids are in full swing school mode which has been fun. Hereโs what Iโm making this week!
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies for breakfast, always and forever! This week weโre making Green Breakfast Smoothie,ย Blueberry Chia Smoothieย andย Double Chocolate Smoothie Bowls. For weekend brunch weโre havingย Smiley Face Protein Pancakes.ย

SNACKS:
Snacks keep everyone happy! This week Iโm makingย Protein Balls,ย Paper Bag Popcorn,ย Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bitesย andย Pea Popsย โ they sound weird but kids LOVE them!

LUNCH:
Making school lunch doesnโt have to be such a chore. This week weโre makingย Rainbow Roll Up Sandwiches,ย Grilled Pizza Roll Ups,ย Grilled Cheese Avocado Sandwichย andย Mexican Muffins.

DINNER:
Sunday:ย The farmers market is full of incredible mushrooms so Iโll be making thisย Wild Mushroom Pastaย with a big farmers market Salad.

Monday:ย Vegetarian Chimichangas with fresh Guacamole and Salsa on the side for a satisfying meatless Monday meal!

Tuesday:ย Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken with Perfect Brown Rice and seasonal Air Fryer Veggies.

Wednesday:ย Asian Sautรฉed Shrimpย with theseย Sesame Udon Noodles. This meal comes together super quickly and is so delicious.

Thursday:ย Chicken Meatballs with Mini Wheel Pasta with Baked Zucchini Coins. We love this pasta, and itโs really easy to make too!

Friday:ย Weโre building theseย Nacho Scoopersย for a fun Friday night meal. For dessert weโre scooping ice cream into these deliciousย Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups.

Saturday:ย Order in from local restaurant!
