Has anyone started back at school yet?ย We still have a few more weeks until the kids go back, but Iโm already starting to gear up! Hereโs our meal plan for this week. Let me know what you think!
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies start our day off on the right foot. This week weโre makingย Green Breakfast Smoothie,ย Cotton Candy Smoothieย andย Blueberry Chia Smoothie. For weekend brunch weโve gotย Raspberry Pancakesย lined up!

SNACKS:
This week for snacks we are makingย Chocolate Oat Muffins,ย Cucumber Stackers,ย Banana Sushi,ย Hummus Pinwheels and Peach Fruit Leather. All super easy and super tasty this week.

LUNCH:
Itโs not back to school for us just yet, but weโre still making super cuteย Monogram Sandwiches. Plusย Cheesy Turkey Meatballs,ย Noodle Pancakes,ย Stir Fried Ramen and Quick Gazpacho!

DINNER:
Sunday:ย ย Air Fryer Steak withย Carrot, Broccoli and Cheese Orzoย on the side. Two super easy recipes for a great Sunday supper.ย

Monday: Japanese Vegetable Curry over some brown rice. This vegetarian meal is east to make and full of flavor.

Tuesday:ย Chicken Fajitasย with Spanish Rice and Black Beans. This recipe is the perfect DIY meal. Everyone can build their fajita how they want it.

Wednesday:ย Shroom Burgersย withย Air Fryer French Friesย andย Dairy Free Chocolate Cherry Ice Creamย for a mid-week dessert treat.ย

Thursday:ย No Work Chickenย withย Brown Rice Cakesย andย Air Fryer Veggies. By the end of the week I want something that requires very little effort to get dinner on the table for everyone.ย

Friday:ย Pizza Friday with Pizza Balls and a big salad with Everyday Lemon Vinaigrette. Weย loveย thisย recipeย soย much and is a great one to get kids involved in the kitchen.

Saturday:ย Order in from local restaurant!
