I cannot believe itโs basically August! Time flies! This weekโs meal plan has some of my favorite recipes in it. What are you most excited to make?
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies for this week are going to be Tropical Coconut Smoothie,ย Pregnancy Smoothies (delicious and good for you whether youโre pregnant or not!) andย Strawberry Peach Smoothies since I always have a plethora of strawberries and peaches this time of year. For the weekend weโre makingย Waffle French Toast!ย

SNACKS:
For snacks this week weโre makingย Cinnamon Toast Pinwheels,ย No Bake Cookie Dough Balls,ย Roasted Honey Cinnamon Chickpeasย andย Fruit Caprese Kabobs.

LUNCH:
Weโve been on a big pasta salad kick lately so Iโm making Tuna Pasta Saladย to have for lunch this week plusย Mexican Egg & Cheese Quesadillas and a classic that we have almost every week,ย Avocado Toast.

DINNER:
Sunday:ย Weโve been making thisย Salmon with Fennel, Citrus and Olivesย recipe on repeat! Itโs so light and summery. Weโre pairing it with a freshย Heirloom Tomato Salad.

Monday:ย Pasta Primavera and Tomato Bruschetta. A great meatless Monday meal!

Tuesday:ย Tostada Salads for Tuesday dinner. I love this recipe because itโs healthy, delicious and everyone gets to create their own perfect tostada to their taste.ย

Wednesday:ย Classic Turkeyย Burger with all the topping options and air fryer french fries. This recipe is a family favorite for a reason! So tasty and an easy go-to.ย

Thursday:ย Lemon Herb Chicken with Herb Garlic Roast Potatoes and Avocado Cucumber Tomato Salad. This is a super simple recipe that everyone loves!

Friday:ย Pizza Pinwheelsย for Friday! Such a cute, fun recipe that all the kids love. Weโre also making a big farmers market salad and havingย Peach & Strawberry Shortcakesย for dessert!

Saturday:ย Order in from local restaurant!
