Another week, another meal plan and summertime produce is still high up on the list.ย
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies for breakfast are always the right choice, so weโre makingย Blueberry Chia Smoothie,ย Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie,ย Immune Boosting Very Berry Smoothieย andย Vanilla Avocado Greens Smoothieย this week. Thenย Banana Wafflesย for the weekend.

SNACKS:
For snacks this week weโre makingย Chewy Granola Balls,ย Strawberry Yogurt Ice Pops,ย Good Morning Protein Cookiesย andย Tomato Bruschetta.ย

LUNCH:
Lunch this week is a bigย Tomato Bread Salad, thenย Grilled Pizza Roll Ups,ย Egg Salad Sandwichย andย BLT Bites.ย

DINNER:
Sunday:ย Lemon Shrimp Pastaย withย Air Fryer Veggiesย to keep it simple for a Sunday supper.ย

Monday:ย Caprese Quicheย with a bigย Summer Garden Saladย for meatless Monday. Weโll probably have some leftovers of the quiche to eat for lunch during the week too!

Tuesday:ย Chicken Tikka with Cucumber Mint Raita paired with some Jasmine Rice. Gemma loves helping me make these skewers!
