Howโ€™s everyone summer going?ย Weโ€™ve been spending tons of time outside and by the pool and loving it! Hereโ€™s this weekโ€™s meal plan for you!ย 

BREAKFAST:

Smoothies this week are getting our days started off on the right foot and keeping us cool! Weโ€™re makingย Strawberry Peach Smoothies,ย Tropical Smoothies andย Crazy Healthy Smoothies. For brunch this weekend weโ€™re making Raspberry Pancakes!

SNACKS:

Snacks this week are going to be homemadeย Fruit Pop Tarts,ย Nature Cookies,ย Strawberry Parfaitsย and these insanely deliciousย Air Fryer Crispy Cheese Bites.ย

For lunch weโ€™ve gotย Grilled Cheese Avocado Sandwiches which are SO good. Then weโ€™re makingย Tuna Pasta Salad,ย Rainbow Wafflesย and anotherย Heirloom Tomato Salad.

Sunday:ย Starting the week off withย Miso Marinated Fishย withย Green Bean and Bacon Saute andย Perfect Brown Rice.ย

  1. Nice meal plan! Iโ€™m curious, how do you decide on the mix of recipes each week? Also, do you have any tips for making the air fryer cheese bites extra crispy?

    1. Each week I try to vary meals based on seasonal ingredients, different proteins (vegetarian/plant based too) and even textures. For the air fryer cheese bites turn your air fryer temperature as high as it will go. They will cook faster and become even more crispy. Just keep an eye on them!
