Iโm still in shock that itโs July! I hope you all had a wonderful 4th! Summer produce is still at its peak, and I canโt get enough. Hereโs our familyโs meal plan for the week.ย
BREAKFAST:
More smoothie of course! Itโs our favorite way to start the day. This week weโre makingย Green Breakfast Smoothie,ย Cotton Candy Smoothie,ย Dragon Berry Smoothieย andย Vanilla Cinnamon Date Shake. Weโre also havingย Chocolate Pancakesย for weekend brunch.ย

SNACKS:
For snacks this week weโre going to make someย Coconut Chia Breakfast Puddingย as well asย Protein Balls,ย Peanut Butter French Toast Sushi Rollsย andย Strawberry Muffins.ย

LUNCH:
For lunch weโve gotย Turkey Club Lettuce Wraps,ย Mediterranean Chopped Salad, this beautifulย Caprese Quicheย andย Uncrustables.ย

DINNER:
Sunday: For Sunday supper weโre making this simpleย Air Fryer Salmonย with a bigย Heirloom Tomato Saladย andย Cauliflower Steaks.ย

Monday:ย Mapo Tofu with Brown Rice for an easy meatless Monday meal. Who needs takeout when you can make it at home!

Tuesday:ย Chicken Fajitasย with Spanish Rice and Black Beans. We love fajitas because everyone gets to make theirs exactly how they like it!

Wednesday:ย Weโre makingย The Best Turkey Burgerย (that has a secret ingredient for added nutrition) with all the toppings andย Air Fryer French Fries. Itโs simple but so yum!

Thursday:ย Chicken, Peach & Bell Pepper Skewersย withย Brown Rice Cakesย andย Sugar Snap Pea and Asparagus Saute. These skewers are SO delicious and a great recipe for your summer peaches.ย

Friday: Pizza Muffins with a simple side salad. Weโre also going to make this Peach Cake for dessert and to snack on throughout the weekend.ย

Saturday:ย Order in from local restaurant!
