Happy (almost) 4th of July! I hope itโs full of so much fun and yummy recipes. Hereโs my familyโs meal plan for this week. Canโt believe weโre already halfway through the year. WHAT?ย
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies always. This week weโre makingย PMS Smoothies,ย Blueberry Chia Smoothies,ย Carrot Orange Ginger Smoothiesย andย Everything But Banana Smoothies. Thenย Breakfast Rice Cakesย for weekend brunch.ย

SNACKS:
Wanted to have filling, healthy snacks this week. Weโre planning onย Good Morning Protein Cookies,ย Watermelon Pizza,ย Banana Cottage Cheese Honey Spreadย on toast, andย Spinach Cake Muffins.

LUNCH:
Making some family favorites for lunch this week likeย Acai Bowls, Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding,ย Baby Frittatas and adorable American Flag Toast on Friday for the 4th!

DINNER:
Sunday:ย Broiled Salmon with Summer Fruit Saladย andย Brown Rice Cakes. This is a super simple recipe thatโs one of our go-toโs.ย

Monday:ย Mexican inspired breakfast for dinner for meatless Monday!ย Breakfast Quesadillaย withย Pressure Cooker Black Beansย and homemadeย Guacamole.

Tuesday:ย Sweet Gingery Tofu with Sauteed Baby Bok Choy served over rice! We canโt get enough of this tofu recipe.

Wednesday:ย ย Air Fryer Roast Chicken with Grilled Lemon Asparagus and Polenta Fries! Super simple and delicious.

Thursday:ย Green Machine Pizza with a simple Summer Garden Salad. Weโll make some Peach & Strawberry Shortcakes for a sweet treat too!

Friday: Happy 4th of July! Weโre making someย favoriteย Festive 4th of July Recipesย for a backyard hang with some friends.

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
