Another week, another meal plan! This weekโ€™s is so good! Keep scrolling for everything me and my family are making.

BREAKFAST:

Smoothies for the week are going to be Cotton Candy Smoothies,ย Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothies,ย Pregnancy Smoothies, andย Bright Green Smoothies. And for the weekend weโ€™re makingย Shakshuka!

SNACKS:

Nutritious and yummy is the theme for snacks this week (and every week pretty much). Weโ€™re makingย Coconut Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls,ย Carrot Snack Sticks,ย Good Morning Protein Cookiesย andย Air Fryer Crispy Chickpeas.

LUNCH:ย 

Uncrustablesย are super simple and can be cut into a lot of fun shapes! Weโ€™re also makingย Spinach & Roasted Red Pepper Tofu Croquettes,ย Stir Fried Ramen, andย Broccoli Cheddar Patties.

DINNER:

Sunday:ย Starting our week off with thisย Air Fryer Preserved Lemon Chickenย and pairing itย withย Sugar Snap Pea and Asparagus Sauteย andย Brown Rice Cakes.

Monday:ย We canโ€™t get enough of thisย White Bean, Shiitake and Vegetable Bowlย recipe! Itโ€™s super filling and a great #meatlessmonday meal. We will probably also add a big summer garden salad on the side.ย

Tuesday:ย Tender and juicy Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin with Yukon Gold Potato Fans and Grilled Lemon Asparagus. Steak is Chloeโ€™s all time favorite food so she is PUMPED for this meal!

Wednesday:ย Sweet and Sour Pineapple Chickenย with Un-fried Rice. Chunks of sweet, juicy pineapple, bell pepper, crisp sugar snap peas and juicy chicken all in one dish? Yes please!

Thursday:ย Pasta Mamaย with a another Summer Garden Salad made with fresh farmers market ingredients and topped with Citrus Herb Vinaigrette. This recipe is super quick to makeย and absolutely delicious.

Friday:ย Burger night! Weโ€™re making these tasty Shroom Burgers withย Sweet Potato Fries. Then weโ€™re havingย Baked Nectarines with Honey Yogurt Sauceย for dessert!
