Hereโs our meal plan for this week! Anything fun happening this week for you all?ย
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies this week are going to be theย Chai Beauty Greens Smoothie, Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie, Cherry Vanilla Smoothie, and thisย Crazy Healthy Smoothie. Also these incredibleย Almond Flour Banana Pancakes for weekend brunch.ย

SNACKS:ย
Fingers crossed there are some watermelons at the market this week. If so weโre definitely havingย Watermelon Friesย for a snack. Also makingย Chewy Granola Ballsย again (the kids are obsessed),ย Frozen Bananas on a Stickย andย Spinach Cake Muffins.ย

LUNCH:ย
Corn Dog Muffin Bitesย are super fun, delicious and kids love them! Then weโre planning onย The Worldโs Greatest Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, Avocado Toastย (of course), andย Monogram Sandwiches.ย

DINNER:
Sunday: Wild Mushroom Pastaย is one of our go-to dinners because itโs so easy to make and the mushrooms are out of this world delicious. Weโre adding a side ofย Sugar Snap Pea and Asparagus Sauteย too.ย

Monday: Meatless Monday meansย Forbidden Black Rice Bowls! Everyone picks their toppings and add ins.ย They kids love the recipes where they get to create their own personalized bowl!

Tuesday:ย Chicken Paillard with Summer Saladย and Herb Garlic Roast Potatoes! Super simple and absolutely delicious.ย

Wednesday:ย Greek Style Shrimp served with a crusty bread for dipping into this heavenly sauce.

Thursday:ย Mexican Enchiladasย withย Pressure Cooker Black Beans! If youโve never made black beans in your pressure cooker now is the time!ย

Friday: Burger night with BBQ Chicken Burgers and Air Fryer French Fries with all the toppings and deliciousness! Weโre also making aย Skillet Double Chocolate Chip Cookieย for a weekend treat!

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
