Another week, another meal plan! Weโre starting to get into early summer produce and Iโm so excited to make some recipes with those this week.ย
BREAKFAST:
Of courseย for breakfast weโll be making smoothies. This week weโve gotย myย Crazy Healthy Smoothie, Blueberry Chia Smoothie and Cacao Banana Date Smoothie from theย Smoothie Project Cookbook. Weโre also planning on a funย Banana Split Breakfastย for the weekend.ย

SNACKS:ย
Wanted to keep it simple, yummy and healthy this week for snacks so weโre makingย Chocolate Zucchini Bread,ย Protein Cereal Bars,ย Banana Wheat Germ Muffins, andย Paper Bag Popcornย to snack on throughout the week.

LUNCH:ย
For lunch weโre making a couple salads โย Strawberry Spinach Saladย andย Kale Avocado Salad. Then keeping it fun withย Whole Wheat Pizza Bagelsย andย Caprese Quesadillas.

DINNER:
Sunday: Asian Sautรฉed Shrimpย is the easiest and yummiest shrimp recipe youโll ever make. Weโre havingย Un-Fried Rice and Steamed Broccoli on the side.

Monday:ย For meatless Monday weโre making Lentil Mushroom Bolognese with a farmers market salad with Citrus Herb Vinaigrette.

Tuesday:ย Salmon Burgers with simple Sweet Potato Fries and these crispy Cast Iron Brussels Sprouts.

Wednesday:ย Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf Bitesย are not your mamaโs meatloaf. Theyโre so yummy! Weโre pairing them with Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes and Sugar Snap Pea and Asparagus Saute.

Thursday: Fish Tacos with Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and Slaw! We love this recipe, and itโs something a little different than your classic beef or chicken tacos. ย

Friday: Weโre doing a fun spin on our Friday pizza night and making Pizza Stuffed Potatoes! Laying out the toppings and letting everyone make their own. Plus some Air Fryer Donutsย for a weekend treat!

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
