Another week, another meal plan! Weโ€™re starting to get into early summer produce and Iโ€™m so excited to make some recipes with those this week.ย 

BREAKFAST:

Of courseย for breakfast weโ€™ll be making smoothies. This week weโ€™ve gotย myย Crazy Healthy Smoothie, Blueberry Chia Smoothie and Cacao Banana Date Smoothie from theย Smoothie Project Cookbook. Weโ€™re also planning on a funย Banana Split Breakfastย for the weekend.ย

SNACKS:ย 

Wanted to keep it simple, yummy and healthy this week for snacks so weโ€™re makingย Chocolate Zucchini Bread,ย Protein Cereal Bars,ย Banana Wheat Germ Muffins, andย Paper Bag Popcornย to snack on throughout the week.

LUNCH:ย 

For lunch weโ€™re making a couple salads โ€”ย Strawberry Spinach Saladย andย Kale Avocado Salad. Then keeping it fun withย Whole Wheat Pizza Bagelsย andย Caprese Quesadillas.

DINNER:

Sunday: Asian Sautรฉed Shrimpย is the easiest and yummiest shrimp recipe youโ€™ll ever make. Weโ€™re havingย Un-Fried Rice and Steamed Broccoli on the side.

Monday:ย For meatless Monday weโ€™re making Lentil Mushroom Bolognese with a farmers market salad with Citrus Herb Vinaigrette.

Wednesday:ย Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf Bitesย are not your mamaโ€™s meatloaf. Theyโ€™re so yummy! Weโ€™re pairing them with Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes and Sugar Snap Pea and Asparagus Saute.
