Hereโs this weekโs meal plan for my family. Let me know what youโre making this week!
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies of course for breakfast. This week weโve gotย Carrot Orange Ginger Smoothies, Green Monster Smoothies, and Double Berry Smoothieย planned. Plusย Banana Pancake Bitesย for the weekend!

SNACKS:
Theseย Chewy Granola Ballsย are absolutely delicious and a great snack to take on the go!ย Weโre also makingย Frozen Bananas on a Stick,ย Protein Cereal Bars, andย Roasted Carrot Hummusย to keep us satisfied throughout the day when we need a little in between something to munch on.

LUNCH:
Uncrustablesย are a classic lunch for us. Plus you can make them in any fun shape you want if you have a lot of cookie cutters!ย Egg Pesto Melts,ย Turkey Club Lettuce Wrapsย and of courseย Avocado Toastย will also make an appearance for lunches this week.ย

DINNER:
Sunday: Simple Broiled Salmonย is super easy to whip up and everyone loves it. Weโre pairing thisย with Artichokes with Lemon Yogurt Sauceย andย Asian Style Cauliflower Rice for a classic spring meal.

Monday: Veggie Bolognese Sauceย over pastaย for a veggie packed, simpleย #meatlessmonday.ย Thenย Frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites for a dessert treat!

Tuesday:ย Mexican Pizza Pockets are super fun to make together and a fun way to switch things up. Weโre serving with a Kale Avocado Salad for some extra veggie.

Wednesday:ย Wild Mushroom Bean Bowl from my cookbook Meal Prep Magic (page 160) and itโs SO delicious. Thereโs a similar version on the blog called White Bean, Shiitake and Vegetable Bowl you could make too!

Thursday:ย Easy Cheeseburger Sliders with Farmers Market Salad. These sliders live up to their name. SO easy!

Friday: Spiced Chicken with Olives and Lemon, Brown Rice Cakes and Grilled Lemon Asparagusย is super easy to make which Iโm looking forward to!ย

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant.
